- Buckhead Ruck Club reserves the right to modify or cancel events for any reason, and in such cases, registration fees may be refunded or credited.
- Intellectual Property:
- All content, logos, and materials associated with Buckhead Ruck Club are the property of Buckhead Ruck Club and may not be reproduced or used without permission.
- Photography and Videography:
- Participants may be photographed or recorded during events. Buckhead Ruck Club reserves the right to use these images for promotional purposes.
- Cancellation Policy:
- Buckhead Ruck Club events may be subject to cancellation or rescheduling due to weather, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Liability Waiver:
- Participants acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with physical activities and agree to release Buckhead Ruck Club, its organizers, and sponsors from any liability for injury, loss, or damage.
- Changes to Terms and Conditions:
